TVU Player is a great way to watch free channels. This guide covers most of the live channels currently available to watch online thanks to the TVU player.

TVU wrote an official guide to viewing their channels. TVU Player has two ways to view channels. There is Channel View which shows the TVU channel guide and the Full View which lets you watch a certain channel. By default TVU Player starts up in the Channel View showing you the whole channel guide.

You’ll find an entire guide to all the channels on TVU including their entire programming lineup at the TVU TV Guide link. Current channels include more chinese programming than english, but there is currently plenty of english channels including: ESPN, NBC, Fox News, CNN, Comedy Central, and even Spike TV.
